FULL THROTTLE FULL MAG
Riding Association
Governing Documents and Rider Notice
Ride Free. Ride Lawful. Ride Connected.
Ride at Your Own Risk
Notice to every rider, guest, and participant
Motorcycle riding is dangerous. Riding in a group adds risks that do not exist when riding alone. Anyone who rides with, alongside, or in the vicinity of the Full Throttle Full Mag Riding Association does so entirely at their own risk.
FTFM does not supervise, direct, or control the operation of any motorcycle. Every rider is solely responsible for their own license, insurance, machine, skill, judgment, and decisions on the road. A Road Captain’s pre-ride look is a courtesy, not an inspection. Riding in formation, attending an event, or wearing the colors creates no duty of care owed to you by this Association or by any of its members.
Members, Prospects, and Associates execute the Assumption of Risk and Release when they come in, and renew it each year with their dues. Guests and non-members ride at their own risk. Every rider is expected to read these documents before riding with us. They are posted here, in full, for exactly that reason.
If you are not willing to accept these risks, do not ride with us. That is not a slight. It is the honest terms of the road.
